Project car has been chassis swapped, is this an issue for WOF's

Hi

I went to look at a potential project car today, it is from a deceased estate.

The chassis has been swapped, so what I can gather the vin number that is on the chassis is different to what is on the vin plate. For some reason, the original chassis is right beside it and could be available as well.

I'm not too sure if this is a good idea to buy or not, or could become a problem in the future, so I thought I'd ask here for people's advice around if I should carry on or not.

Thanks.

What tools are virtually impossible to use left handed? I think I met my match today with these wire strippers.

I can use most tools that are designed for right handed use ok, but I think I met my match, or else there is a technique I am uaware of. The wire is fed on the left hand side, so if you hold it in your left hand, you have to use your right hand to feed it in, which just doesn't work.

It's ironic that the picture shows the tool being held in their left hand.
