"I keep logging back into my finding account"
We've all been there, you say it's the last time. You delete your account, chats, everything. Most social media platforms have a 30 day period to recover the account and during those 30 days you fall under pressure, log back in and start over.
Don't do it, here's what I came up with.
Log back in
DO NOT text them
Change your account's email to a temporary mail address, easily findable on the internet https://temp-mail.org/
Change your account name to random letters, do the same with your password, don't save any info by copying it to the clipboard. Insta DMs? Delete them, account? Private. Propic? None. Render it useless.
Delete the account using the random letters password
You're locked out for good
I can't promise you that you won't open another one, I did several times, it's about willpower and this method makes it way harder.
It's so full of love out there and the hard work you're putting in quitting this is proof that you too deserve some of that love. Go get it.
This WON'T be an eternal struggle, it has an end date.
