Hey all heres progress on one of the Phantoms im building

Lots and lots of work here and lots still to go

The 1/48 Meng kit is excellent, as good or maybe better than Academy. The Zoukei kit has a bit more detail but Meng beats it on construction

Finished in my usual style of GSI Creos lacquers over Alclad metals

The rear stabilizers metals are a work in progress i cant seem to get those right yet

Also working on:

P-38G, F-8J, F-4C

Hey all i took a break from my F-4E to build this 1/48 P-38F

This is the result of my neverending quest for the most realistic finish possible. Painted as it was at the factory: Bare metal-zinc chromate-neutral grey FS36440- Olive drab lacquers

The Tamiya kit is probably the best kit ive ever had the honor to build, basically perfect. I will add Eduard gun bay

Finished in my usual GSI Creos lacquers through my amazing Creos PS 771 brush

I am attempting a heavily worn scratched and faded surface as it would have been in the Pacific
