I have high cholesterol and am trying to up my fibre. I like this fibre supplement but I notice it had some fats in it. Should I try finding something without the fats or are those healthy fats that could also help.

I'm planning on making an order to try out the Floating Leaves tea shop and am looking for recommendations.

I hear you can't really go wrong, but I'm curious what you might recommend for a first time order. Also, do they have discounts from time to time? I might hold off for a little bit if they have them semi regularly.

Can anyone recommend a good or fun song to learn that can utilize one of the modes on my keyboard besides the regular piano?

It would be cool to learn something made for an electronic piano or organ or something. Doesn't matter what style. I'm into Phillip glass and Debussy at the moment. I also want to learn some gospel chord type songs and am going through a blues introduction book. I like Robert Glasper and he uses electric keyboard sound but I'm not really familiar with jazz. Sorry it's a very loose question but maybe you can help me get the ball rolling.

I played piano for over a decade as a kid and got to about grade 8 RCM maybe almost 9 and then didn't play for 15 years or so. I want to get into playing blues and realize I never really learnt any theory/ memorized key signatures or no how to play a chord if someone gives me the shortened code like Bbminor7 or what ever. What's the best way to learn this? I want to learn how to improvise blues music and fill in this gap of theory.
