Kicks 2026 Clock - Date and Day stuck.

Anyone come across a problem on their KICKS with the DATE and DAY not updating?
The clock is fine but the date and day is stuck. I followed the manual on how to adjust the CLOCK/DATE manually but I do not have this option as shown in the photo. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
