MYR TSA agent...you're hot

Just wanted to say I flew out from MYR on 8/14, and my TSA agent was pretty damn good-looking guy. Quite tall, blondish, and very nice personality. Made my night! Whoever you are, thanks!

NuvaHealth/Casa- the longest Tirz order yet

I FINALLY received my NuvaHealth order today after the process took over a month. It took lots of emails/texts, phone calls, a video visit, and patience. I kinda feel like it is a miracle. I finally got the meds.

I placed an order on July 4th for the 3 month package using the promo code, which brought the cost down to $165. The only reason I ordered from this then unknown company was this super cheap deal that came about from them not deactivating a promo code.

Anyway. It sat for a few days. I send a text to "Emily," who I only became aware of thanks to this sub, asking what is taking so long for Dr. review. "Oh, it hasn't even been assigned to anyone. We'll do that now". Sigh. It gets assigned. OK, so after another 2 days, I'm sent a link to set up the consult (this was expected, it is required in my state). Follow the link, and the first available dates are 2 weeks away and at the craziest times, like 2 am. The first normal time visit is about 2.5 weeks away. I sign up for it.

Patiently wait for the visit. Dr. goes over what I submitted. She asks my preference of additives. I didn't want B12, so I go with B6. Dr. says she'll approve right away and thankfully does.

Then I wait. And wait. Get a message that my pre-auth charge expired. Told I need to update my card in their portal. update my card in the portal. Tell them via message the card is updated. I wait another day. Send another message asking for a payment link. Then send a payment link, thankfully for the correct amount of $165. I pay.

Then I wait another couple days. Send another message to my friend Emily, asking when my order will be sent to the pharmacy. "Oh! We'll get it sent to the pharmacy." Portal says it has been sent to the pharmacy (Casa) later that day. Thankfully, it shows the B6 additive and correct dosage.

3 days pass. I call Casa to see if they actually received the order. I have to leave a message. I email Casa asking the same. No response. I call Casa again the next day and get a live person. They tell me the order was placed 2 days ago.

The next day, I get UPS tracking. Praise the lord, it arrived today. Cold, ice still not completely melted and everything in order. Got the nice Easy Touch syringes.

Although this is the cheapest tirz (dollar wise) I've ever gotten, it cost a lot in frustration 🫤.

Adorable Ms. Ethel

I hope this is allowed to post, but couldn't help but share this adorable young lady in Parkersburg, WV! She is too cute 😍

If I didnt already have a full house, I'd be going to meet her 🥰

Meet Ethel 🐶❤️

This adorable little lady is 7 years old, weighs about 40 pounds, and is rocking her "extra fluffy" figure with total confidence. In fact, Ethel has absolutely no idea she's a little chunky! She zooms around play group, runs, plays, and keeps up with all her doggy friends. 🐶

If you've been looking for a walking buddy, Ethel is your girl! She'd love a family who enjoys getting outside for strolls and adventures to help her get back to a healthy weight. Every walk comes with a wagging tail and a happy beagle smile.

✨ 7 years young 🐾 Dog-friendly ❤️ Loves everyone she meets 🚶 Perfect partner for daily walks 🏡 Ready to find her forever home (or a loving foster!)

Ethel is such a sweet, happy girl who's ready to trade the shelter for a cozy couch and a family to call her own.

Adoption applications are listed in the comments! If you're not ready to adopt, Ethel is also available for foster, and opening your home to her would make a huge difference.

Who needs a little extra beagle love in their life? 🥰🐾

Rift check-in email on cancelled account

Since I had enough meds, I cancelled my Rift account after the first 3 month supply was shipped awhile ago. No problems since, and I was not billed or sent meds after that.

However, I have now received an email asking me to check-in in order to continue treatment. Does this mean my account hasn't been successfully cancelled, or is this just sent regardless? TIA.

A year later...what has changed?

I stumbled across this 1 yr old post by u/Salty_Philosopher207 this morning, and was thoroughly amused by their nail-on-the head comments.

Since we have so many new (and old) providers and so many new (and old) issues, anyone care to do a similar post that is an update a year later? There is so much good material...

Non-scale non-victory

Anyone else finding it more difficult to shave their armpits? I swear I cannot get the razor head in my newly deep armpits well enough to get a good shave!

Boudreaux shipping time?

What is the usual shipping time that others are experiencing when choosing Boudreaux?

I have an order that was sent to them this past Monday, and I don't see that it has shipped yet. I know this is still within a normal timeframe, and it seems like a lot of telehealths are using them, so they may be backed up. I was just wondering if this is a normal wait time. TIA.

EDIT: my FedEx account is just now showing "label created" for Boudreaux. Very quick!

Where did my donation go?

I donated whole blood in 4.8.26 and have been checking my blood "journey" in the app to see where my donation ended up.

The donation has been marked as "complete," but it doesnt show where it was used. I was under the impression this info would be available. In the scheme of life it isnt a big deal at all, but was interested in and was looking forward to this info.

Do they just not provide that info in some cases? Donation was thru ARC in the United States.
