Glycopyrrolate works(kind of) but side effects are truly unbearable

I ate just one pill per instruction(200mg) in the morning and throughout the day what I found unusual is the spots I don't normally notice or recognize to sweat, sweated. And then the vice versa—which would mean my usual spots of head and upper torso, after how many goddamn years, were not wet after just a few minutes outside and about.

But I feel sick, really sick. Headache and dizziness is quite strong and I feel body temperatures is not dropping as fast as it would had I sweated more(no shit, sherlock!!), even further, base body temp being higher than normal. Body's constantly overheating is what I want to say. And the worst of all, the fucking throat and the palate. It's drier than Gobi, Sahara, or Atacama! Someone drew a comparison with covid and it is apt. I don't want to live like this all the time.

All in all, Hell Fucking No. I won't be taking it anymore except maybe very rare occasions I don't want to look like a wet beaver. I'll have a cup of tea, read here that steam shower resolved their throat issue with this medicine. The logic is there, right?

Single speed/fixie bros often swear they can do uphills just fine with the "right" gear ratio. Do you think they are right?

I want utilitarian commuting bike. Single speed or Fixie sounds cool for urban riding but I'm still afraid of uphills with them. Butt off the saddle and bodyweight pedalling...I'm a beginner obviously and I've only ever ridden my city's poorly maintained public bikes with shitty gears.(they are so slow to change I need to put the gear on low 30 seconds before entering uphill, I end up riding the heaviest gear throught the entirety of uphill most of the time)

The reason I'm planning to buy a bike for myself is medium-long distance commuting like 100~150km to visit a friend. And it's outside the city so public bikes are out of option.

I'm probably just gonna settle with the bike with gears(maybe gravel/hybrid) but just curious. Do some of you really commute with a bike with no gear? How are your knees holding up? Do you enjoy butt off the saddle while uphill? What distance you travel?
