1.5 month 25mg ostarine cycle report

18-1 years old, 25mg ostarine for around 45 days, gained 10lbs, went from 158ish to 168ish. dropped in bodyfat visibly. i took a break from benching for a year, hit 225 last i ever benched was 225, moved it like cake when on osta. bumped it up to 285 while in a deficit and losing bodyfat. felt AMAZING the whole time btw. every lift was great, looked forward to legs even, lots of energy as long as i ate plenty of carbs (didn’t diet the whole cycle btw just accidentally got leaner and bigger) but i ate mostly clean anyway and still do. i never strength trained but i was never able to do a muscle up until i gave it a shot halfway through the cycle and cranked out 3 like i’ve done it before. i dont know if this is unrelated but i got some shoulder pimples, just a couple on each shoulder, barely noticeable and went away in a couple weeks. a few face pimples here and there, im not personally acne prone, never had any, but i think at 25mg you might get a little more if you are prone, worth it to me though. once i came off i gave it a week or so with no compounds, felt fine, no suppression, likely because i didnt run it for a full 2 months. hopped on enclo for a few weeks at 12.5mg per day just to be sure. after coming off i also dont think i changed in terms of looks. i benched 285 today just fine (taking a break until i run S4) and i maybe feel a little more fatigue quickly, i get 10-18k steps per day mostly because of work, and need a lot of energy so i think maintaining the lower bodyfat is a little harder without osta, but just a little more effort and ya keep all the gainz. the real kicker is i was 8% bodyfat last i got it tested, and now the inbody says im at 3.9% not saying this is true, but those are the results it gave me, whether or not to trust the inbody is up to you, ill show proof too. i’m aware id look leaner at a true sub 5% bodyfat, im probably realistically at 8ish.
I am aware the lighting is inconsistent in the pictures

SUMMARY TD/LR
- bench PR went up realistically 40lbs
- gained at least 8 solid pounds, bodyfat went down a few percentages
- GREAT mood
- looked much better, more carved, much less watery
- minor side effects at 25mg, minor suppression
- easy to come off, minor PCT needed likely just enclo
- dont really need to diet while on if already lean
- kept strength and size/look after coming off
