Help - Zep seems to be on vacation!

68M - been taking Zep for 18 mo, lost 40 lbs, after losing 150lbs 13 years ago from gastric sleeve. Been sort of on maintenance at 7.5mg for last 6-8months, weight has been stable to slightly down over most of this period. Food noise and craving has been great until 3 weeks ago. I took a shot and strangely didnt even feel the shot - I almost questioned if it was an empty shot. But from that time on food noise, cravings and overeating, and ability to over eat returned in full! Very sad about this. So 2 weeks ago I increased to 10 mg. Still havent noticed any relief. I have gained 8 lbs over the last 2 weeks. Has anybody had any experience like this? Any thoughts on what is going on? Further, ever since starting Zep my aches and pains have been much better, except now that my Zep seems to be on vacation, my whole body aches terribly.... Please help - id really like to know what is going on and appreciate advice on how to get back on track? Thanks

Sienna AWD Questions?

I’m considering AWD Hybrid Sienna. We live in SF Bay Area and go to Lake Tahoe a lot in the winter. I currently have a KIA Sportage AWD Hybrid with regular all season tires. I had a Subaru Outback AWD with all season tires before. Both did great in heavy heavy Sierra Mtn blizzard conditions. I never got stuck or even slid. Shouldn’t the AWD Sienna perform similarly? Someone mentioned that Sienna is not AWD all the time. Were my other cars the same not all time AWD? Does this make a difference? Am I wrong to think that a new AWD Sienna will do equally well and safe in heavy Sierra blizzard conditions? Thanks

Should I increase?

I have been on maintenance for about 6 mo at 7.5. All of the sudden last week, cravings returned. I want to eat all the time and I dont get full as fast...? I've gained 7 lbs in a week! I almost feel like my last shot (or 3) were shooting blanks. I know that cant be possible, but should I go up to 10mg shot?

Fatigue/Lethargy...?

Anyone experience extreme daytime fatigue/lethargy, laziness? I am 18 months in and increasingly suffer from daytime fatigue. I just feel so sleepy all day and dont feel like doing anything but laze around. This is so subtle. Who knows what is the cause or am I just a slug. It has been getting worse as the months go by and I finally just asked myself could this be the Zepbound. Yes I have lost about 40lbs. I dont pay obsessive attention to what I eat or drink. I assume that my protein is far below what it should be...? I do walk around 3 miles/day. I am a decreasingly active 68m year old... Has anyone experienced this. IF I increase my protein to target and maybe do resistance weights, can I improve my sleepiness? IF the protein comes from powder will that work? Would love some input, thanks

Zetia Fatigue?

68m. Statins give me aches. Been taking Repatha for about 9 month and added Zetia about 5 months ago. Lipids are great now. But I’ve been noticing extreme fatigue in the morning. Take Zetia at night. I think it’s the Zetia. Doc told me to pause for 2 weeks. Anyone else have this experience. Doc said there are some alternatives to Zetia? Thoughts?
