Pull plans in 4.4/4.5

Need some advice y'all. My current teams are;
Mono rem: e0s1 castorice, e2s1 cryene, e1s1 evernight, e1s1 hyacine
Phainon hypercarry: e2s1 phainon, e0s1 Sunday, e0s1 sparkle, e1s1 Ruan mei. Sometimes I replace Ruan mei with cryene
Acheron team: e2s1 Acheron, e0s0 ashveil, e0s0 mblade, e0s0 huohuo. I use e1s0 tribbie for sustainless run.
With the banners revealed in 4.4 and the leaks in 4.5 I'm currently stuck deciding between:
Rin e0s0 (prob using THerta sig lc): I am going to get E1 Archer so it would be nice to have a viable Archer/Rin team.
Cerydra either e0s0 or e1s0: so I can finally replace sparkle on my phainon team.
Adventurine SP: hearsay he would be a core together with Ashveil and mblade.
Problem is the number of limited pulls I can only get in 4.4/4.5. Right now I'm basically out of jades after getting e2s1 phainon and need some advice on the priority in pulling.
