Got a weird question for you computer savvy folks, what could be causing this? It only happens to games installed on my main hard drive, all other programs work fine and when I take a screenshot it shows the regular screen. All graphics drivers are up to date and its across multiple games

The walls of my bathroom in my new place are this weird smeared spackle stuff and it is a NIGHTMARE to try and clean. Unfortunately this place is a rental so I can't just sand it all off and repaint, so any advice or tips would be a huge help.
