I'm looking to make an order form to take wholesale orders. I want it to be easy for the retailer to use. Can you recommend something less complicated than Jotform to calculate simple things like totalling the number of products and multiplying it by the price?

I'm looking for an A5 binder that's not made of leather (more than I want to spend) and not made of fake/vegan/PU leather (garbage material that breaks down quickly). Can you recommend any other materials and shops? Preferably in Canada but I'll take what I can get at this point.
