It was supposed to be back by 4:30-5. I am on Jane and portage parkway. Did anybody get their power back?

Can someone educate me on why there are no food chains around VMC? I’m aware of the sushi place and the one singular coffee shop, but I don’t want to go to Vaughan Mills every time I crave something, ffs. For groceries too, the only option is the overpriced Shoppers Drug Mart!

Edit: apologies, i meant on a walking distance closer to the subway station.
