Trying to get off triple feeding and on formula—does triple feeding seem to stress out baby too? Did getting on formula help?

Basically my headline. Day 10, been triple feeding for a week and babe is getting increasingly fussy. Meeting with lactation tomorrow to plan to go full formula. But I'm wondering if the triple feeding schedule is making him fussier? Since it can take 45 min to 1.5 hrs to feed. Maybe he's eating too much not sleeping enough? Has anyone experienced this? Positive stories about switching to formula and improvements?

Did you feel your belly get harder during contractions?

I *might* be in early labor but I've had some sessions of contractions on and off that eventually stop, over the last week. However I never notice my bump get especially noticeably harder. This has also been the case any time I've gotten the occasional what I assume may be Braxton Hicks over the last few months. Do you notice your belly get much harder? Or is it just harder to tell with an extra layer of fat?

Birthing parents: how much state medical leave did you get?

The site guidance says birthing parents can do up to 20 weeks combined of medical + bonding. But the sample schedule I see shows 6 weeks medical then 12 weeks bonding (so 18 total) and all of the examples I see talk about 6 weeks medical. I don't see any info about 6 for vaginal births vs 8 for c-sections, but is this something that they take into consideration? Has anyone gotten a full 20 weeks approved after a vaginal birth? Or just if you've had a c-section?
