Hello all, looks like I’ve found the culprit, only smells when filling to a full tank. Is this the filler neck or tank itself? Thank!

Hello all, getting a gas smell on a full tank near the fuel door. No smell in the cab, cel when cleared stays gone for a while but will intermittently come back. Broke the oem gas cap so bought a new oem looking one from amazon a bit ago. Car is a 2008 with 145k on the odo. Wondering wheres a good place to start or what to look for? Code is below:

Been probably too long since the last change. Odometer burnt out a year or two ago, trying full synthetic for a change. Always motorcrap filter, its mandatory
