I (30F) get my first iud next week. Doc prescribed Valium and something to help dilate my cervix. I have some ketoralac and oxy left over from a kidney surgery.

I know you can take a Valium and ketoralac together but the oxy id have to take by itself. I have a pretty decent pain tolerance never any issues during paps, so should I take the Valium by itself, the Valium and ketoralac, or just the oxy to prep? Any suggestions or experiences would be helpful.

To add, I’ve never taken a Valium so I have no idea how it’s going to affect me.
