Bot that tracks individual joins/leaves?

I have a bot that tracks each time a member joins or leaves, but i’m looking for one that specifically can check how many times a user has been in my server before.

For example, I have a friend that doesn’t like to stick around in servers and they only come around once every month or so, then leave the server again. Is there a bot that could track when he joins/leaves/joins again, that it is his second time in the server, etc?

Not really looking for custom bots or make my own but looking for something that already has this functionality.

Low FODMAP & Diabetes

Just got recommended to start a low FODMAP diet by my GI specialist. I’m looking at the list of allowed foods, and so many of them are things I limit due to my diabetes. Does anyone have experience navigating this?

My insulin resistance is very high. Rice spikes my sugar bad. I don’t like oatmeal or nuts, but I can do nut butter. I typically avoid fruits due to the sugar count. I’m almost thinking about reintroducing fruit into my diet with some protein powders maybe? I love smoothies, they’re just a little spikey if I don’t have protein in my body to help move the glucose.

Any foods or recipes or tips with these things in mind are appreciated!

Staff Availability Bot

A server I’m in has a custom server-specific bot for displaying staff availability. The feature is basically a message in which staff members are listed out, and they react to it with a certain emoji to showcase them as “available” or not. I would love to implement something similar in my server that allows my members to check and see which staff members are actively online at a specific time.

I know that there are bots that exist that use the discord profile availability for this use. I don’t want that, as I dont want to have to force my staff to use that feature for this reason.

I just want something similar that has them click when they come unavailable, and click when they are unavailable, and have this information update and be easily viewed in a message in a publicly viewed channel.

Anyone know of any bots that can do this or something similar?

Starting Omnipod Soon

Do you really have to fill it with 200 units? And they only last 3 days? That just seems like such a waste, and insulin is so expensive already. :/

I have my training session in person on Tuesday, so I will definitely do all that they say and bring the 200 units as requested. I just don’t feel like I’m using that much now and I don’t want to have to waste my insulin. I use Novolog kwikpens right now.

Type 2, I was insulin dependent for 6 months when I was first diagnosed at 16. Managed with oral medication afterwards only for a few years with a couple months on and off Mounjaro. My A1C jumped 3 points from December to April so my endocrinologist has had me back on insulin, long and fast. It’s been going well but Ive been having morning/overnight highs despite adjusting the long acting at night.

I’m dreading an Omnipod. I wasn’t even going to go through with it after seeing the price tag ($160 copay) but they went ahead and gave me a sample kit anyways so I’m going through with it. My family out of pocket will be maxed soon so I should be able to cover it for at least the rest of the year. I’m hoping I’m not even on insulin that long, but it’s hard to predict.
