Missed his stop

St Quinton Avenue, West London.

"Nobody was hurt - The bus was out of service and empty - The driver swerved out of control to avoid an accident unfolding infront of him and went over the island; he then lost control and crashed in to the property."

Do you ever suffer from pre-ride/race nerves?

(or stress or anxiety)

If so, how does it affect you and how do you deal with it?

I used to race a fair bit but as I get older I find myself spending the whole day before an event distracted with concerns about how I'm gonna get on. It gets to the point where the enjoyment I still get from competing doesn't feel worth it.
