Bare minimum things to buy after getting a roadbike(and getting started)

NEED HELP

After buying your first roadbike atempting for 100k rides, what are the absolute minimum things to buy. I can buy good to have items later

I have made my list for must have items(also which and where to buy)-

Lights

bottle holder and bottle

bib shorts and jersey?

Extra tube for replacement

Pump

Lock

How do you guys plan eating or toilet breaks? How do you find washroom considering urinating is not so easy with bib shorts? I live in West Pune currently. How do you carry phone and other stuff? Sadle bad or jersey pockets? Apparently you don't have to wear anything under shorts. Does it feel OK. specialy humidity. Jersey full sleeves or half sleeves. Rain protection? How do you wash it?

I am completely new to this and please suggest how you do it, which brand to buy for must have items. I dont want to get fleeced by store personnel

Looking for roadbike(criteria in body text)

Background:

I started cycling just by chance and really liked it. Have done 5000 kms every year for last 3 years on my old repaired MTB. It has a smaller frame and quite heavy. Could not push beyond 40 km rides and 20 kph avg speed. I have stopped cycling for a year almost overanalysing options and avoiding my current cycle.

Criteria:

- Budget is upto 60,000. If there is a very tempting deal then I can extend budget by 20,000.

- 100 km rides atleast on weekends. Shorter rides on weekdays if possible. Consider it leisure and fitness purpose. I do like pushing myself but no Ironman or racing goal in mind.

- Roadbike-for what my intended purpose seems ideal

- I want to keep it for a long time so a modern frame. Thru axle preferable.

- My height is 182 cm

- Indian roads - so provision for bigger tires is preferable. Am I correct that rim brakes make it impossible to do that. My budget makes only mechanical disk brakes possible. Which people hate over here. But I feel flat mount dual piston mechanical disk brakes ae good compromise. Both brake pads move simultaneously against the rotor, offering more balanced force and less rotor deformation. Also, can upgrade to hydraulic disk brakes later.

- easy access to servicing and parts availability(so need something modern with current equipment)

Shortlisted based on my budget, size and location

Triban RC 100 DB 25K

Battalion V3 30k (waiting for it to come in stock)

Triban RC 120 40k

VAN RYSEL EDR AF CLARIS 60k

I have shortlisted VAN RYSEL EDR AF CLARIS. Modern, thru-axle, high-clearance disc road frame. Yes mechanical disks but they are flat mounted dual piston. As explained before that's a decent compromise. Claris(outdated) is a issue but I am getting a Sora(Merida Silex) or Cues(VR EDR Cues) directly around 80-90k. 60k felt a bit expensive but then RC120 at 40k has QR axles and microshift. Will have to buy a complete new bike for upgrading?

Decathlon only available online is a bummer. How do I buy without checking? I think L size will be ideal for my height.

I live in Pune currently but might have to relocate if I change job. How have you shifted you roadbike to new city? Do not want to let it bite the dust after buying it.

What other necessary expenses will I have to make? Must have items?

I have a helmet. Bib shorts, lights, bottle holder, mudguards?

What about good to have items?

Please correct if I have wrong assumptions and suggest me a good choice. Any future options I should look for in next few months. These community has been really helpful!
