I routinely ship a product that is 46” long (x12x4”]. We take great care to make our boxes no longer than 47” long x 13x5”. Sometimes (not always) we are assessed hefty fees for dimensional charges. Can anyone shed some light on why these particular 2 packages were assessed these fees? I don’t enter the dimensions when using Worldship, I used to but that seemed to invite “corrections” to my measurements.
