What counts as a bill payment or pre-authorized payment?

My bank is offering me $600 in airline points if I open a new chequing account with them and hold for a year (which costs $200/yr), change my payroll/direct deposit to them, and either have 2 "pre-authorized payments" per month or 2 "eligible bill payments to a service provider" per month.

I read through the T&Cs but it doesn't explicitly say what constitutes a pre-authorized payment or bill payment. Currently I have a few monthly charges (streaming, storage unit, cell phone) which all go onto my credit card and are automatically paid. I don't currently pay rent or a mortgage. I have seen the "bill payment" function on my banking app but never once used it. If I switch two of those monthly credit card charges to the debit card that comes with the account, will that count as one of the payment categories? Or would I need to take my card off of them and have them send me an invoice, then manually use bill payment on the app each month?
