How on earth do I delete something from my collection 😭 I hit the add button by accident on a random card and idk how to get rid of it
So I bought a polaroid for 650hkd + shipping (around $130 in my currency total) and it arrived today. When I opened it, I realized that the idol's face is almost completely blacked out from the shadow of her bangs. Like, the polaroid itself is just a bad photo. I'm honestly surprised it got distributed in the first place, but anyway. You literally can't see her eyes, only her mouth. My friend described it as looking like an anime villain when they put their face down and you can only see their smirk or something.
The seller didn't disclose this and it was obviously blocked out in the preview listing. I don't know why I wasn't informed as well as I don't understand the listing price. It's from a nugu group anyway so I thought it was a bit overpriced in the first place but it was from my favourite event look and it was worth the money for me.
So what do I do? Do I take the L or do I say something? What do I even say if so? I feel like it's unfair to ask for a refund, and besides, I know that goes against pola protocol anyway since it's now disclosed to another person. I don't know. :(
