Looking to start a casual weekend jam session playing jazz arrangements of VGM (Persona/Nintendo/FF etc), Studio Ghibli, and other themes (think The Consouls or J-Music Band).

I mostly play sax. I'm knocking off the rust from not playing for a while. Just looking for people who want to read through some charts and play for fun - open to all skill levels!

Mostly looking for a rhythm section (keys, bass, drums, guitar) but more horns and strings never hurts.

I’m based near LIC and aiming for a weekly weekend schedule. We'd split studio time ideally at Empire studios but open to ideas.

DM or comment if you're down!
