Looking to start a casual weekend jam session playing jazz arrangements of VGM (Persona/Nintendo/FF etc), Studio Ghibli, and other themes (think The Consouls or J-Music Band).

I mostly play sax. I'm knocking off the rust from not playing for a while. Just looking for people who want to read through some charts and play for fun - open to all skill levels!

Mostly looking for a rhythm section (keys, bass, drums, guitar) but more horns and strings never hurts.

I’m based near LIC and aiming for a weekly weekend schedule. We'd split studio time ideally at Empire studios but open to ideas.

DM or comment if you're down!

Hey yall intermediate bassist in Astoria, open to any genre, looking to work on jamming and improv. Low-pressure, all skill levels welcome. Just want to play and have a good time.

I'm near Astoria Soundworks, which is where I've mainly been playing, but I'm happy to head into the city or Brooklyn too.

Im a singer/songwriter aspiring DJ in the making. I feel music and create sounds and lyrics on a daily. I’ve taken some vocal coaching classes and was advised to reach out to folks who might be musicians and/or creative/executive producers to create a band or some sort of performance group. I envision, live performances of songs, spoken word, acting and improv. I can do it all and hope to connect with likeminded people who aren’t afraid to think outside the box. I recently moved to NYC and hope to create a community of people who want to have their breakthrough. If that’s you, message me and let’s go for a coffee or a drink and let’s get to making magic together ✨
