While the community has always had this rule, we continue to have more violations of this as membership has grown.

Please review Rule #1 before you post on this subreddit. All posts need to be relevant to the City of Whittier or its Community. If your content isn’t specifically related, make sure to include the part of the city where others may find this info useful (I.e the best bar in Uptown).

Posts that ask for recommendations with no clear tie to the community will be removed with a warning. Multiple violations of this rule will result in short term bans; and the more extreme cases of abuse will be considered for permanent bans.
