Circled A, B, C is where I start. And mark all the other possible 7s and 9s with ABC without circle.

For example, 7 I stared in R2C1, R3C1 and R2C7.

For 9, I started in R2C2, R3C2 and R3C8.

Based on this logic

R3C7, R5C1, R5C6, R8C7 - NO 7

R4C2, R4C5, R9C5, R9C8, R3C8 - NO 9

And explain like I am 5. And please also tell what should have been the actual eliminations.
