moved into my new apartment a week ago and have already found four german roaches in my unit alone, including one in the fridge (i've also seen several in the building lobby). the building has 25+ units and other residents noted that they see american AND german roaches on a regular basis. is it worth it to try to eradicate the issue in my unit or should i think about moving somewhere else? thank you in advance.

edit: the living room and kitchen doorways smell like cat urine, which many in this group have said also indicates an infestation.
