wifi not working only with certain websites
i recently switched to t-mobile wifi and i work from home a lot so it’s important for me to have good connection. For the past month since i got it im consistently having issues on my work laptop with just two specific websites i use every day (Salesforce and Workday) every other website seems to work fine and all of my other devices have good connection. But every single day I have issues with these two websites on my work laptop trying to get them to load i often have to switch to my phone hot spot and they open immediately which is just absurd.
does anyone have a guess as to the reason for this? i only have issues with these two websites when i work from home since i got this wifi, when im in office or under other wifi it works fine.
also i should add on the T-life app where you can see all your devices connected to the wifi all my devices have strong connection except my laptop it’s always at the lowest “average” connection im not sure why this is. I didn’t have any of these issues with Xfinity.
is there something i can do to change this? just figured id see if anyone has any ideas before trying to call t-mobile about it. any help is appreciated.
edit: the specific error i get most is This site can’t be reached: xxx unexpectedly closed the connection
