Also how to I even find the correct type of engineer in the last few months iv need engineering on cattle grids, truck hiab, edge protection

Hey all, I want to import some small stuff from China but am honestly lost and would prefer someone that deals with it often.
So basically to start I want a supplier of Washer (little metal discs) 3mm thick, 30mm diameter and center hole of 8mm I would like roughly 1000 per month.
This is a tip of the iceberg kinda job, so let me know and I would eventually like to buy bigger things like cnc laser cutter/mini press break etc
I have to make approx 2500 brackets for a job and the fella wants to paint them, I don’t want to spray paint it/ spray gun?
Doesn’t have to be strictly paint, but cannot be oily
Posting on behalf of a silly 22yr old.
Bloke called asking for advice on a Ute for 10k then called me and said combank will give him 40k then he walked out of a dealership with a 48k 2022 Hilux SR 5.
5000km in he hits a roo and does about 12k worth of damage, turns out he didn’t fill out the full comprehensive correctly and his claim was knocked back/cancelled- he is now with some random ass insurance iv never heard of.
He has driven it exactly 9000km and the timing chain rattle is so bad that it’s undriveable, he has taken it back to the dealer shop and they have said it’s not there problem. - ( are they paying I’m off or are they right?)
That’s all the details I currently have and he is pretty upset about the ordeal. -I’m a heavy diesel mechanic so cluey on vehicles but never worked for a dealership.
