Bought this max from a police Auction, obviously recovered stolen scooter. Its locked to previous owner and has no visible serial. I have tried hacking app but it wont get past the “press power to finalise paring”. What are the chances segway will unbind it. Or am i parting it out? Cheers

Wondering if i should hit it with some fine steel wool to clean up the pitting or just leave it as is. Camera works well.
