50 kWh daily / monthly limit / billing issues

I signed up recently, and my understanding is that I get 50 kWh / day ZEROCHARGE but something on a WEB page hints that there is actually a monthly limit corresponding to 50 kWh / day.

++ ZEROCHARGE feature is limited to 50kWh per day based on standard 28 day billing cycle.

Just read my contracts* *and saw no mention of this.

Also, on the app, the billing info for a recent 71 kWh day suggests I owe $6.42 for that charge.

Am I wrong to expect that this will be fixed up at the end of the 28 day billing cycle?
