Optum issue
Just want to share my sentiment about this company. I resigned na sa optum because first they promised a wfh set up but then kailangan pami mamugos sa amo tl ug DM ipa work from home pag christmas, new year ug pag bagyo diri sa cebu. grabe ka bakak ang wfh daw after 3 months or after training. katong grabe kaau ang bagyo gipa work on site gihapon mi nya ang pinaka bullsh*t na part kay nag send sila ug memo na pwede mag wfh after 2 hours sa amo shift. after 3 month ipatraining kag lain LOB niya after sa training gipa balik mi sa amo original LOB kay experiment sad daw to naunsa na! since FTC amo contract nig after 6 months icheck nila kinsa mo stay and daghan sa amo batch wala gipa stay and the other 3 pajud kay nindot kaau ug STATS. karun nag hiring sila. mag sigeg hiring ug sigeg taktak sad ug agents. gamay sad kaayo ang offer murag di inhouse ba. i'm so glad na i resigned na and i found a better opportunity and better pay sad. ako offer sa new company nako kay 2x more sa ako salary sa optum. optum was my dream company biya and now i regret working there jud.
