Straight talk is straight up ripping us off and thinks we're stupid. So I made them cancel my service, and you probably should too unless you think a year has 13 months.
I considered cancelling this months ago the first time it happened but when you pay for "30" days and check your service remaining, it will say 28. A few times I called and they fixed it in the past, but this time they refused. I made them cancel and found another provider with a service tier at the same price, who even offers free phones if you need. I implore anyone still on this garbage service to switch if you can. For some perspective on how shortening 2 days a month will impact you: if you were to stick with them for a year, you'll pay for 13 months. Fuck that. I'm out.
