Have been wanting to badly invest in Memory and semi conductors after doing my own research. I was about to put some in DRAM then saw it isn't sharia compliant and not halal. Are there any alternatives? Hesitant to go for MU or Sandisk since they are already high and Samsung and other companies are really not viable in TFSA through IBKR and other exchange platforms.

Any suggestions?
