Connect and Personalize or on DC
I’ve had multiple conversations about me being told to use connect and personalize. For context, I work in the Genius Bar. So I never think to use and as it’s complete bullshit for me. But anyway, for the past few weeks, I’ve been using connect and personalize on any accessory sales and RFP transactions. I thought I was doing good, until my manager angrily storms in my face, telling me that I haven’t used connect and personalize to start sessions.
Mind you, it doesn’t even work in our store lol. Anyway, he starts getting mad and tells me that I need to use it and if I don’t, I’ll be put on a DC. I have a couple weeks to switch if up. I’m not worried, as I know what I have to do, but so tired of the useless crap Apple forces us to use. All C&P does is slowdown the conversation and affects my SQPH. I literally left PZ to get away from all of this, but it continuously haunts me down.
