
What are some alternatives to Asian dried chili peppers for a Thai Red Curry Paste?
I’m using the recipe from:

I don’t have any chilis on hand right now besides fresh Serrano peppers, pantry chili powder (generic), pantry ancho chili powder, pantry cayenne pepper powder, and red pepper flakes. In terms of flavor (not spiciness level), which of these would be the best option?
I’ve already cut and prepped everything, so there’s no turning back.
