Hi everyone! I am running ads for a brand that targets women over 60. They sell home workout programs. At the ad set level, I set the target to women aged 60+. Leaving no targeting on the interests.

The average CPM is 250 USD or more, and the click-through rate is 4-6%. The average CPC is 4 USD.

With these numbers, the brand is barely breaking even. How can I improve the CPM so I can get good traffic at a better cost?

Why am I getting these insane CPMs?

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a flat in Riga in Bruninieku iela. The flat is 36 sqm and it was fully renewed with new windows and everything is brand new. For the heating, there is a kinda big Masonry heater (wood fire) which looks very nice and there are 3 more wifi electric heaters. No gas.

Is this a big minus in the winter months? I am planning to use the flat for short-term and medium-term rent. I am afraid of the electricity bill.

Hi guys, I am running ads for a brand. The brand was doing 20-25k/month over the last 4 months. Suddenly, from the 19th of May the CPM went down by 50% and the sales dropped to absolutely 0. This problem has been going on for 10 days now and I have no idea how to fix it. I have tried to relaunch the campaign but no improvements. Is anyone facing a similar problem? Is it possible that the issue is with Facebook or is it more likely related to the products? In general, we are selling evergreen products.
