Highest possible CDR?

Casting away any logic for likelyhood or difficulty in acquisition, what is the most cooldown reduction you can get in the game? Temporary cdr included, except for creation. Cooldown reduction specific to a spell isn't the focus but I won't stop you.

First I'll set a relatively simple base;

Max cdr in research, 12% cdr.

Max level archmage and the archmage subject for 3% and 1% cdr respectively.

4 levels of fast casting is 6.25x3% (cube+oracle) and 8 more levels of bonus fast casting is 1x8%

Silent casting is 7%, black cat is 9%, hourglass is 6%, magic scroll, harmony and diamond are 3x3%, AI magic and grimoire are 5x2%, and ouroboros is 15%

Chronos item set is 5%

Then we have the worst ones. Overmind and DEM.

If you go all in on cdr then you have no need for or hp ofc so these levels will all go into active magic except for:

3 levels of fast casting

4 levels of intelligence (cube gives us the last one)

2 special levels for doctor and silent casting

3 for combinations (we won't be getting an ult because it takes a level and doesn't reduce all cdr)

Assuming we also get akashic record we are left with 106 levels into active magics, so with overmind and DEM that gives us a psychotic 0.3x106% and 0.1x106% respective cdr from both.

I'm not gonna calc every single movement speed buff that accelerator will coalesce. Maybe later.

All together, it becomes something like this;

100-12%-3%-1%-6.25%(x4)-1%(x8)-7%-9%-6%-3%(x3)-5%(x3)-15%-0.3%(x106)-0.1%(x106)

Did I miss anything? Furthermore, what's the easiest way to calculate all these multipliers?
