Alright chat. So it happened. Nunez had the audacity to fail me despite having 4's on all milestones. I can't remember the creative writing professor's name. I almost took the course but I'm vehemently against the use of ChatGPT and he requires it. Is it worth it? I'm sick of having breakdowns over this dumb bitch. Let me know your experience in creative writing if you've taken it.
Because my ENV110 professor has ghosted me, I am unable to submit my final. Additionally, ART108 professor has failed my final despite following the rubric and having 4's on all milestones. Appeals have been filed with screenshots.
Does anyone here have experience successfully getting a grade appealed and changed that is unrelated to grief/family, etc.?
Hey yall. I'm new to this sub. I'm sure this has been brought up before so I'm sorry if this is redundant.
I first cut back on dairy 2 months ago but did not completely quit until about 4-5 weeks ago. I did it to balance hormones and cut back on the amount of fat I take in per day in exchange for more proteins and complex carbs since I'm a lifter.
I checked my macros for the first time in months and I am extremely low on the omega-3s. I know this could affect skin quality but honestly, I did not start getting the blotches until I quit dairy. They're only on the left side of my chin and on both corners underneath my nose.
No new skincare products. I only use saline solution and squalane, occasionally witch hazel. I never wear foundation or concealer.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does it ever end?
Hoping this isn't against the guidelines.
As you all know, we are a week away from the last day of the term. I have had all 4 milestones passed in for one month now. I have continuously been emailing her to grade my work. She has only graded 2 of them, and is now ghosting my academic advisor and I. The last time I heard from her she claimed she had "internet issues" in which case why would you teach online classes if you have poor internet? She claims I didn't pass the assignments in correctly. But this is flawed because she was able to grade the other 2, passed in the same exact way. Now, I have had to press my advisor to escalate this. It does not matter how early you submit your work. There is something very wrong with this professor. Save yourself the stress and avoid it at all costs.
Edit: I'm posting this because I'm terrified I will get an incomplete due to the failure of the professor to do her job & don't want this happening to other people.
So, a week ago, I began ENV110 with Elmore. At first, milestones 1 & 2 were quizzes. I didn't pass the second one so I submitted my reflection and everything was all well and good.
I sign on this morning and the entire course is different now. It says I have not completed milestone 1 and it has now changed to an entirely different assignment. Thank god I've already started my final or I'd be angrier than I am now. Has anyone experienced an entire course getting changed around THIS CLOSE to the end of the semester? What the hell is going on?
