Should I take a drop for nuclear medicine ?

This was my internship attempt and i got air 9k. I'm a first gen middle class guy from maharashtra .Ever since i started mbbs my aim was either dermatology or psychiatry but during internship i lost my will to pursue residency in any subject. When i got to know about nuclear medicine it intrigued me coz i developed an interest in the new innovations and also the physics part plus it also has good pay and wlb. I started studying in a hope that I may get nuclear medicine but it was fine as long as i got dermat.

In the current scenario i may get dermat in a private college in state quota which I can afford to an extend and even might take and be happy with it. I can get psychiatry in a gmc which also is one I'm looking forward to. My parents are fine with anything i get and are supportive but they won't be as happy if i take psych as they would be with dermat(i guess it's the stigma and the useless relatives). But now I'm confused if i should repeat and try for nuclear medicine which i think i can get but since this whole race is so unpredictable it isn't sounding too wise.

You thoughts on this are really appreciated coz this sub has been very helpful all these years

There's a 0.1% chance that I may kill someone during the neet pg exam

I hope no one around me has cold and runny nose coz the sniffing sound they make especially the one which sounds so shrill because of snorting the liquid back into your nose irritates the hell out of me. It literally resets my brain when someone in my library does it around me, so I just change my seat out of frustration coz pura focus tut jaata hai. i swear uss ek bande ko mann me itni gaali di hai maine fuckk. Every other distraction I'm okay with but this god nooo.

so whoever has navi mumbai as their centre and have cold please kindly take enough meds that your nose is as dry as eating raw crackers first thing in the morning or else I would just have to resist myself from killing you with whatever i have handy. and honestly I'm in a not so good state till the exam is done. hope my conditions are met. Thank you
