Does anyone else use an ilet bionic pancreas?
I can't get mine to pair with my dexcom g7. I have updated the firmware on the ilet and it says its the latest update. It takes me through setting it up, I put in the number off the dexcom, then it has me put in the insulin cartridge and attach my tubing but then it just never pairs with the G7 and the setup prompt won't let me put in my weight until the G7 pairs, but it just never pairs. I let it sit for over an hour waiting for it to pair. I emailed support but havent heard back yet. Anyone have any ideas?
