My almost 6 week old son is peeing on our bed almost 2-3 times a night. Yes, I’ve tried 7 different diaper brands, yes I point his penis down when diapering. I diaper him every time we wake you up feed, nonetheless, there’s so much pee everywhere. What is safer?? Plastic mattress cover? Puppy pads? Towels? Stressing over the least suffocation risk. My son is also a side sleeper naturally, so I worry more about his airways getting blocked than I would if he slept exclusively on his back.
