Verse 11 appreciation.

I grew up in a family where productivity was the ultimate virtue and you had to always be achieving something and be doing something or propelling forward. Rest was shamed, and quiet time was looking down on. I knew I performed best when I was not rushed. The last few months, I hit road blocks in my career and health declined because I never prioritised rest, and I didn't know how to. I came across the "Tao Tie Ching" and it truly resonated with me.

Now, I understand my flow state and relax in my own energy while also being guided through this journey of life.

Transition- site to CRO/industry; also countries.

Hi All, I have worked as clinical research coordinator in Canada for about 5yrs with a lot of experience and Pharm D background .Trust me when I say this, as I was worked during Covid on Covid research clinical trials. I wanted to either get into CRO in an entry level clinops role. But, I had a family situation and resigned my current job and moved to India a few months ago. I am looking for roles in clin ops, but haven't had much luck yet. I seem to not understand the hiring structure and interview style here yet. 🥲 The kind of questions interviewers asked sometimes blew my mind 😮‍💨.  Day after day, I do loose my hope of finding a job in Hyd/Bangalore/Mumbai. 😔

I don't believe in blind sending of CVs over linkedin. I believe quality over quantity.

I want to understand the structure, gain insider perspective and grow here. I am currently based in south India, please suggest me on how to navigate this system.
