So sick. Not only I have a fissure and hemorrhoid, now I’ve started with incomplete evacuation issue

I try to relax/breathe/expand the belly to open the sphincter but the pain is incommensurable.. 9/10
I swear the more I relax the more it hurts

And I’ve had 5 bowel movements yesterday, today 3. It’s torture every time

I have this crazy urge to poop and feel like my anus is going to explode, but it seems I don’t expel everything cause I’ll have another BM around 1 or 2hs later

Balancing stool softener dose to not get diarrhea or hard stool is difficult

Just a vent post I guess. I had days where I had too much laxido and had diarrhea. Today I had blood in stool and what seems to be a harder than usual stool + extra pain 😭

And sometimes when I have diarrhea my normal reaction is to panic and lower the stool softener dose. Which is not ideal I guess

Anyone tried L-Arginine?

I saw this study https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9713143/ and bought some of it
So today I started with 2 capsules (2000mg) study says 3000mg daily. Just scared of possible diarrhea, if I don’t get any side effects I’ll up the dose.

I’m so tired of it. 2 months of horrible pain but I’m trying my best, sitz baths, PF relaxing/diaphragmatic breathing, gentle massage with vaseline, vit E ointment. Stool consistency is good thx to Laxido, I have fiber but not too much cause otherwise I go 3 times a day and it’s hell. The best days are when I don’t have a BM and it can actually heal.
