Uncured Ham & Swiss Cheese Pockets 🧀

My air fryer doesn’t have a setting low enough for the instructions, I started with the “375-400” degree setting for 10 minutes. There was a cold spot sorted by another 3 minutes at that setting.

The buttery croissant dough certainly lived up to its name. The ham wasn’t distributed as evenly throughout as shown in the photo on the box, but still a 10 in my book!
