How can I make a smooth outline around an object in Unity?

Hey everyone, I’m trying to add a smooth outline effect around objects in Unity, similar to the outline you see when selecting/interacting with an object in games.

A few questions before the visit.

My friend and I want to visit Amsterdam this summer, and we have a few questions:

What are good shops if we don’t need super high-quality stuff or anything too expensive?
What are some chill strains for casual smokers (nothing that causes anxiety)?
Do they also sell sealed flower (so it doesn’t make everything smell)?
