What Happened To Ji Xiang?
Wth happened to Ji Xiang? It would have been fine for him to be a new friend or acquaintance to Tang San but he became a disciple?!?
He is one of the only two disciples of Tang San, one of which is Emperor Xue Beng who requested it by “force” so I don’t really acknowledge him. Ji Xiang is also the only one who received direct teaching on cultivation from his master.
For someone of Tang San’s power and status, you’d think he’ll have amazing disciples. And you’d expect those disciples to at least have a storyline or development. Ji Xiang was pretty much introduced and scrapped just as fast.
It bothers me how he received the teachings of tang clan, the trident symbol, a God-Bestowed Spirit Ring, and a return arc to haishen island but then disappeared. Like why do all that amazing things if he’s gonna get scrapped anyways.
I believe he has great potential for a good story. A zero to hero doctor of sorts. Maybe he will have one or is he mentioned somewhere I haven’t read yet?
