Best Feat that increases Constitution

I'm building a Rogue that has 19 Con. I'm already planning ahead for level 16 ASI. Don't worry, Dex is already at 20 and Resilient Con is also picked.

I'm curious what other Feat do you think bring the most, for a Rogue especially, to have a rounded 20 Con. I'm open to any source! (And I'll ask my DM later lol)

Unique quirks / flaws as real mechanic

Hey i hope i post in the right subreddit. I really want to lean into having quirks or flaws in my PC but i find it hard (or i will straight up forget) to apply it in game if it's pure roleplay.

Have you played a character or can you share a concept, which quirks/flaws are embedded into real mechanic in game?

E.g. a goblin rogue that always shouts when attacking, making him unable to deal sneak attack if the advantage is caused by hiding

Edit: thank you for the answers, i realized i am so obsessed to create an "additional flaw" at character creation, i forgot to use what my character already has. It was selfish too, dragging my party down just to fulfill my fantasy

Misfortune Bringer for a high level campaign. will it be underwhelminng?

Hey, me an my gangs are planning to start a new campaign. We will be playing from level 15 i think.

I got to play a Rogue and I can't wait to do rogue stuff using their high skill proficiencies and to deal a nova sneak attack damage.

Upon choosing the subclass, I find the Misfortune Bringer from Grim Hollow book very interesting. It got a lot of Misfortunes options that are replaceable after every long rest. As a spellcaster main, i naturally fall for this choice i can have playing Misfortune Bringer.

My current concern is my reaction. One one side, option like Curse of the Clumsy is very interesting. On the other hand there is the level 9 feature "Steal Luck", which looks..... meh.

If you have played or played with a Misfrortune Bringer Rogue, i have questions:

- Did you have issue deciding whether to use Reaction for Curses or for Uncanny Dodge?

- Is "Steal Luck" as bad as i imagine it to be?

- Does "Evil Eye" make it easier to guarantee Sneak Attack?

Edit: i even considered taking the Zhentarim feats to have an extra option to deal Sneak Attack.

New edit: i am also considering multiclassing Barb mainly for the Unarmored Defense and tankiness from Rage + Shield proficiency. Is this too much of a stretch?
