help with university admission (student from Gaza Strip)

Hey guys, it's basel here

I'm a graduated high School student 2023-2024 ( Actually graduated since oct 2025 because of the situations but my degree is 24, )

I'm looking for guidance on applying to an Italian university for a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

My academic background:

I completed my high school certificate (Tawjihi) in 2024, Scientific Stream, with a GPA of 91.4% and a Mathematics score of 179/200. I achieved this after two years of self-studying as the rest of my mates

I'm just feeling confused after trying to apply for Mechanical engineering at university of paduva, then i saw that TOLC-I exam, Language requirements, etc ..

I appreciate everything you do for me and for us as a Palestinian students.

Grazie

arrivederci 👋🏻

79 students reached Italy while I rot in Gaza—How long must I be "Perfect" to be seen?

I graduated high school in Gaza in October 2025 with a 91.4% average in the science track. Since then, I’ve been applying to scholarships and universities abroad (Italy, Canada, and others), but I haven’t received any acceptance or clear guidance.

I already have:

authenticated school documents

recommendation letters

a valid passport

An intermediate English Level ( didn't have IELTS/TOFEL/DET )

a CV and motivation letters

I recently saw reports of students being evacuated or supported to continue their studies abroad, especially in Italy, and I’m trying to understand Which organizations or programs are actually helping students leave Gaza?

Are these opportunities tied to universities, NGOs, humanitarian programs, or personal connections?

What am I possibly doing wrong in my applications?

I’m looking for honest and practical advice from ppl who have gone through this process or know how it works.
