YALL!!! I was at my local Home Depot when I found this beauty! I’m going to repot her after hosing her off because she is in with other plants!! Super excited!!

I got a caramel marble cutting a couple months ago. Quarantined it and inspected closely for pests then moved into grow tent. I was looking at it tonight and noticed sticky droplets on the bottom of the oldest leaf and what appears to be damage. I will attach a picture. Is this aphid honeydew? Or something worse. I haven’t seen any signs of pests on any of the plants in the tent besides this one leaf. Freaked out because I haven’t seen any some rare plants in there. Reposted with photo I forgot first time

Hey r/houseplants, I don’t know if this is the place to be posting this. I have some pests, are these thrips? Or springtails? Or what are these? I thought these were thrips and panicked so I put my infected plants outside only to find some in my orchids decorative pot. Any thoughts?? These have been in my pothos mainly, I haven’t seen any in my monsteras or alocasias though I just got a new one and maybe it’s the culprit?
